2022 Books – My Year in Review

Welcome to my 2022 Wrap Up!  As we start a New Year I wanted to reflect on my year in books for 2022.

Goodreads

Goodreads is a great resource for collecting information about reading habits in the course of a year.  Here’s some interesting reading about 2022 gleamed from this resource:

• I’ve read or listened to 103 books in 2022
• My shortest book read was The Christmas Spirit at 240 pages
• My longest book read was The Homewreckers at 464 pages
• My average book length was 360 pages
• My most popular book as defined by the number of people who also shelved a book on Goodreads was Book Lovers
• My average Goodreads rating was 4.1 (consistent since 2020)which shows I’ve selected the books I believe are a good fit for me.
• My highest rated read on Goodreads was Before I Let Go

WordPress also provided me with some interesting information:

• The book that brought the most views to my blog (for reviews already published) was my book review of Golden Girl.
• The feature that brought the most views to my blog was The 15 Books of Christmas 2022 Challenge
• My readers came from 117 different countries! This blows me away! Thank you all for your support!
