Finding Christmas is a festive holiday read in which the protagonist loves everything Christmas related. Having recently lost both of her parents in a tragic car accident, Emmie is determined to keep alive the memories of all her past Christmases and to keep the spirit of the season which her parents conveyed to her. One of the traditions she most enjoyed was a holiday inspired treasure hunt which she plans for her workaholic boyfriend, Grant, who has promised to take some much needed time off work over the Christmas season and allow Emmie to plan her perfect holiday. When the first clue of the scavenger hunt gets into the wrong hands, Emmie’s Christmas plans look to be ruined. But then she meets Sam for the second time in less than a week and finds another heart which has much spirit as she does.
I loved this book which has put me into the Christmas spirit! It is charming, and full of kind generous characters who truly display the spirit of the season. I look forward to watching the movie version of this book!
