Love Your Life by Sophie Kinsella: Book Review

Sounds like a really cute read!

It really is! Thanks for stopping by!

This sounds like a really cute romance. I don't usually read romance books, but I feel like this would be a really fun, laid back book to enjoy as a nice escape from the world. I find that I'm drawn more to books like this as of late with all the negativity in the world.

  4. thathappyreader

I feel the same way Britt! Thanks for your comment!

Hi. Is the humour sufficiently good to make up for the fact that its a romance novel (two words that would normally be sufficient to prevent me from reading a book!) 😉 I'll mention it to my wife, she likes this type of book (and I'm sure she has other Sophie Kinsella books already)

BTW what does the TLA ARC stand for? Something Reading Copy?

  6. thathappyreader

Thanks Richie. There is a lot of humour and if your wife is a fan of the author she is sure to enjoy it. ARC is Advanced Readers Copy which is a pre- publication copy before the final published copy ( it may have slight errors). Thanks for your comment.

Humour and Romance….sounds like the perfect book to read during this cozy season.

  9. Lisa's Notebook

It's been a while since I read any Sophie Kinsella but humour and romance make the perfect snuggle and and escape for a while read. Great review, Jodie, thank you for sharing! Lisa

Your review makes me wish romance was my thing! Lol. Sounds like a good book.

Thanks! Rom com is one of my favourite genres because of the banter! Not really a fan of the steamy stuff. Thanks for your comment!

You had me at "remote writer's retreat in Italy".

  14. thathappyreader

Haha! Italy's always a draw for me too!

  15. Riana Ang-Canning

Ah this book sounds awesome! I remember enjoying the Shopaholic series when I read it years ago. I love the idea of a romance novel taking place in Italy and on a writer's retreat. Such great escape reading! Will have to keep my eyes out for this one.

  16. Jaya Avendel

Oo, this sounds like a really interesting premise! I love books where people meet by chance and then discover that perhaps it was not chance.

I also love seeing how characters change once they fit back into their home settings. Thanks for sharing!

This sounds like a really great light read. I've heard a lot of good things about Sophie Kinsella but I've never read any of her work. It's great that the characters are so well developed. This sounds like a good holiday read, or a cosy Sunday x
