Hi everyone and welcome to Monday Matters #75! Most of us hate to see Monday come, but I’m one for making it a bit more fun. Each week I take a look at new book releases, books on TV or film, recent author interviews and more! Life’s too short to hate Mondays so let’s start the week off right! I’m also joining It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? hosted by The Book Date which is a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. Let’s go!

I’m currently reading The Good Part and liking it well enough. I hope you enjoy it when you read it this week, as well!

Thanks Amanda.
Kathy M Martin
Nice looking variety of things. I’ve already read two of this week’s releases and enjoyed them both (The Night Island and The Heiress). Even though I watch little television and no movies, it is nice to see books being adapted. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

Thanks for reading Kathy!
Barb @ Booker T's Farm
I hope to read The Heiress soon. I tend to enjoy the author’s books. I also love the cover for The Secret of Snow!

I highly recommend The Secret of Snow Barb!
hena
The Heiress is on my list.

I hope that you enjoy it Hena.

I am a hopeless viewer, I can never find one that really absorbs me, you’ve mentioned a couple of NetFlix I think I want to try, the Fool Me Once and Boy Swallows Universe. Funny both based on books and I haven’t read either, but I find that’s best. I hate watching something I’ve read because usually although not always it varies from the book.
thathappyreader
I know what you mean Kathryn! I hope you enjoy one of these.
Lux G.
I didn’t know Foe and Killers of the Flower Moon were based on books. You’ve got a nice list to start your year. This year I’m still on my small-town romance era. Lol!
thathappyreader
I love small town romance too Lux!
Her Digital Coffee
I love seeing what’s coming up for the week. I’d love to add Old Crimes to my TBR list. Thank you for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful week!

You too Winnie!
Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)
Wondering if Killers of the Flower Moon will be another charge or free to stream on Apple +. Been waiting for that one.
thathappyreader
I think it’s free with an Apple TV+ subscription Lisa.
Carla
I really want to watch that Harlan Coben series. I am listening to Killers of the Flower Moon right now and want to watch the movie when I can, but don’t have Apple TV.

Thanks for reading Carla.
