Welcome to The Sunday Post #31! The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted at Caffeinated Reviewer. My Week:
This week was a fairly quiet one. I participated in Book Reporter’s Bookaccino Live on Wednesday and we had a lovely lunch out on Thursday. I’m thinking about gifts to buy for family and have already ordered a few things online that I can’t get in store. The electronics board on our range is not functioning and we can’t get our oven to go higher than about 280F. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty so we are just waiting to hear back from the repair service on when this work can be done. We’re using our barbecue as much as possible but I can’t wait to have my oven back!

That’s a wrap for The Sunday Post #31. I wish you a wonderful week ahead!
Jenni Elyse
Sorry to hear about your oven. I hope the repair service doesn’t take too long. Our dryer went out and it took 12 weeks for them to fix it. 😳
Your Bookaccino Live event sounds like fun. I’m glad you had a good time!
I hope you have a great week!

Thanks Jenni! Sorry to hear you had to wait so long for your dryer to be fixed.

It’s our dishwasher that’s out at our house. No extended warranty, unfortunately. Now we have to decide what to do next. (And I’d like to know why are all of us book bloggers are having trouble with our appliances lately!)
The Bookaccino Live event sounds like a fun event.
I need to look for the Lauren Graham book, I think.

Oh no Deb! I’m sorry to hear that. I only bought an extended warranty because our last range lasted less than 5 years. They certainly don’t make things to last anymore!
Greg
I’ve been thinking of gifts too and what to get- Christmas is going to come fast! And like deb says above- our dishwasher went out. What is it w/ the appliances lately yikes? 🙂
thathappyreader
Oh no Greg! Not you too! I hope you’re able to get yours repaired soon!

I love seeing all the Christmas books on here! I’ve read The Christmas Spirit, but The Road to Christmas looks really good too!

I’m looking forward to getting into The Road to Christmas! Thanks for reading Bonnie.
Aj @ Read All The Things!
I’ve been trying to Christmas shop too. I have no idea what to get anybody! Enjoy your Christmas books!

Thanks AJ! Good luck with the shopping!
Anne - Books of My Heart
I can’t get my grill tank to connect up right so I can use my grill. I have two tanks and I alternate them so that I always have a backup full one but I changed it to the grill and nothing. So I’m using the oven more. I’m just not quite ready to read the Christmas books but HoHoHoRat starts Friday so I’ll be reading some.

Her Digital Coffee
I hope your oven is fixed! We replaced our oven several years ago and already had to have maintenance on it twice. Crazy to think the older models last longer. I hope you’re enjoying your week!

Thank you! No we’re still waiting to hear back from the insurance company on if they want to fix it. Hopefully we hear back soon.
Carla
I hope you got your range fixed by now. It is hard to be without an oven. I like all the Christmas books I am seeing on your posts, Jodie.
