Normally I'm not excited about holiday reads. But with the way this year is going, I'm finding they bring me a little extra joy.

This sounds like such a heartwarming and festive read! I love how you don’t have to read the other books in the series to understand this book. It’s definitely a story I could get behind!x

Thinking about it now, I haven't really read a Christmas novel in a really long time! This seems like the perfect cozy read during this time. Great review! 🙂

Books are an ideal distraction at the moment as you can be taken into another world. This sounds like a very cosy world for Christmas!

I love holiday novels! And I have loved Susan Mallery's Happily Inc. series. But I think I might have missed this one, so I will go check it out. It sounds perfect for the Christmas season.

It's good that you don't have to read the others, I'm not normally one for books this festive but this year might be the year I give a couple a go x

I feel like this book came right in time to read – especially since December 1st is just about a week away! So it’s the perfect festive read as we are heading into a second lockdown as the second wave of carona increases the amount of cases.

This books sounds like a nice cozy read – I also like that you mentioned that although there is a romance in the book it’s not like the sole part of the book and there’s other things that contribute to the plot.

That’s interesting that it can be read as a standalone! I’m assuming that the books in the ‘series’ are more-so alike than themes rather than supposed to be read right after one another?

Overall, sounds like a great cozy read!
