I love a thriller but haven't read one in ages! This sounds really great – I love that it's split between 3 perspectives x

Mystery and thriller have never been my genres either ??‍♀️ luckily I discovered Helen Fields and her DI Callanach series and so I decided to give the genres a fair try. This book here sounds very interesting and it reminded me of The Silent house by Mel Pattison and Strangers by C.L.Taylor. Great review!

This sounds good! I really like thrillers so it was interesting to read you normally avoid them. I love books from a multi person perspective, I feel like it really adds something to the story. I haven't read this before but I have enjoyed one or two others I've read by her x

This sounds like a fantastic read, Jodie! I haven't been reading as much as I'd like to for the past year, but I'm definitely tempted to pick this one up. It sounds like it's full of exciting twists and turns!

Have you read The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield? The protagonist is a young woman writing the biography of an eccentric, dying novelist/diva with a dark past. It wasn't so much a thriller, but definitely a thrilling mystery. I think you'd enjoy it!

This sounds like an intriguing read, though I am not sure how I feel about the three POVs, I generally feel it gets too much. Maybe the audiobook would work since they have a cast for it (instead of one person doing all the voices). Great review! Happy you enjoyed it and learned something. ~

I love it when audiobook publishers go with an ensemble cast!
