I’m fighting boredom a lot these days. I miss being able to go out shopping, having a dine-in experience at a restaurant, extended family dinners and exploring the world through travel. Some days are really hard- others are not as bad. I am so thankful for my books and my book community which have positively impacted my mental health.
My primary provider of audiobooks is my local public library. I simply adore them. I’ve worked with several of the librarians introducing books to Moms and Babies. I love how they have books and resources in multiple languages across the age spectrum for our diverse community.
Today’s “book stack” is audiobooks I’ve listened to over the past month on loan from my library. Thank you Surrey libraries for the ability to borrow from your extensive library, and for allowing me to recommend audiobooks for purchase. If you haven’t had a chance to listen to an audiobook, your local library is a great place to start.
