The Sunday Post small
  1. Caitlyn

Oooh Look Both Ways sounds interesting!

    1. thathappyreader

I agree Caitlyn! Thanks for reading.

  2. Diane

WOW, glad you have been enjoying all that walking time – good for you. I am enjoying lower temps and less humidity too. I see Vacationland here; that was a favorite read for me this summer. It made me purchase a few more books by Meg Mitchell Moore. Have a good week.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed Vacationland Diane! I’m a fan of Meg Mitchell Moore and she never disappoints. Have a wonderful week!

  3. Julian

It’s amazing how prolific of a blogger you are. I average 1 post a week sometimes 2, because my brain hurts lol

    1. thathappyreader

Thanks for reading Julian. I had to build up to posting 7 days a week!

  4. Deb Nance at Readerbuzz

Our weather is much better here, too. It’s still hot, but the high temperatures are running about ten degrees cooler than they were.

The Cybils Awards are for children’s and young adult books published over the last year and the judges are all bloggers and other persons who use social media. The link to more information about the awards is at cybils dot com.

    Have a great week, Jodie!

Thank you for clarifying what the Cybils are Deb! I’m glad your temperatures are better too. Have a wonderful week ahead.

  5. Cassie

Ooh Look Both Ways looks fun – I do love that what-if split/reality type thing so I’ll look out for it, thank you!

    1. thathappyreader

Thanks Cassie! I hope that we both enjoy it. ☺️

  6. Harvee

That Netflix movie looks different and suspenseful.

I think it will be great Harvee! Thanks for reading.

Look Both Ways sounds really interesting. I’ll have to keep it on my radar. I’m glad your weather has been nice, allowing you to go for long walks and read on your porch. It sounds heavenly. 😀

  9. Lisa Mandina (Lisa Loves Literature)

Look Both Ways sounds good! I need to read that Christina Wilder book too. I am waiting for some lower temps here this week. It was miserable last week here. And wow at 17,000 steps! I got a lot last week, but normally I try for just 10,000 a day. Hope you have a good week!

  12. Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoard

That’s a phenomenal amount of walking – good for you! I’m looking forward to lower temperatures this week, and hoping to do a bit of walking myself (if I can squeeze it into my schedule.)

    Have a wonderful week!

    1. thathappyreader

Thank you Lark! Glad to hear your temperatures will be more comfortable. I hope you have a wonderful week too!

  13. Wendy Williams

I’m so glad you’re able to get outside more and are having great weather. We’ve had a LOT of rain here in Arizona, so I haven’t been able to get out much. I have not heard of the Look Both Ways movie on Netflix, but it sounds like something I’d enjoy. Thanks for letting us know about it.

    1. thathappyreader

Oh no Wendy! I hope the weather clears for you soon. Thanks for reading.

  14. Anne - Books of My Heart

Our weather has also finally cooled a bit and I love it. You are really doing awesome with the steps. I walk but don’t know how many steps. I loved Something Wilder by Christina Lauren. It was a slightly different book than they normally write.

Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post

    1. thathappyreader

Thanks Anne! Yes I felt it was different than CL’s usual books too!

  15. JamieAdStories

I just saw an advert for ‘Look Both Ways’ and it intrigued me.

Yes! Once I saw the trailer I knew it would be something interesting to watch! Thanks for reading Jamie.
