    Glad you’ve had such lovely weather recently – so have we and it makes such a difference! I can empathise regarding needing to lose weight – I’ve been suffering with Long Covid since March 2021 and spent large swathes of time bedridden, which has meant I’ve also gained weight. Though I’m recovering, I have to be very careful with exercise or any physical exertion in case I relapse. So I hope the diet works! Have a great week, Jodie.

    I like the idea of intermittent fasting, but right now I’m trying to cut out certain things like seed oil, and sugar to lose weight. I need to get walking again. Looks like you got some good books this week. Hope you have a good week!

    Hmmm – the fasting works for some and hope it works for you. I can’t do it…..need to eat every 3-4 hrs or I get pretty cranky. I am making efforts to eat more real food, less processed and now that the rain has let up, I’ll be out walking more often. We all do what we can, right? Hope you enjoy your books
