It’s time for Who Wears it Better in March 2025? In this feature, I look at different book covers used for the same book.  In some cases, the cover is chosen by geography (e.g. North America or UK).  Other times, it’s based on the edition of the book (hardcover, paperback, kindle etc). Where it becomes confusing is when the book is given a completely different title! Just for fun, and because I love talking books, let’s see what different books covers I’ve noticed recently. Â
➡️ I’ve added voting buttons to each of the five challenges, so please cast your votes for all of them and I’ll do the same. I will share the final results in next month’s post. But first, let’s review the results of last month’s battles!

Our March Battles: (Polls close April 7)
Broken Country by Clare Leslie Hall:

This current Reese’s Book Club pick features a battle between two very different covers based on region. The Simon & Schuster cover is from the U.S. and the John Murray cover is from the U.K. While I like the detailed image in the U.S. over I prefer the colours used in the John Murray cover. Like you, my final choice will be reflected in the voting buttons.
Never Say Never by Danielle Steel:

This battle features two very different covers from two different publishers both in the U.S. I like each of these covers but there is one that appeals slightly more to me than the other. I’ll be voting for my favourite and hope that you do too.
The Story She Left Behind by Patti Callahan Henry:

This battle reflects two different publishers with Center Point being the imprint for large print. I love both of these covers and this book was a five-star read for me. Each of these covers reflects the beauty of the setting of the book and the decision was very hard for me. But I had to make a decision – which cover did I vote for?
The Midwife’s Confession by Diane Chamberlain:

This is an interesting battle between two MIRA paperback covers which were published two months apart. This was another recent five-star read for me and highly recommend this book. These two covers are very different but there is one cover that appeals more to me than the other. I’m voting for my favourite and hope that you will too!
Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry:

Our final battle this month is another battle of the regions. The Berkley cover representing the U.S. and the Penguin cover representing the U.K. I love both of these covers but once again one stands out to me just a little bit more. I have a feeling this one will be a close ballot. Will I be right?
So there you have it – Who Wears it Better in March 2025? I’d love to know which covers you prefer, so please vote to let me know! Looking for more covers to compare?
